Prices include :
Service of professional hunter, trackers, skinners and driver.
Field preparation of the trophies as well as transport to local taxidermist.
Accommodation on various concessions.
All meals and non-alcoholic beverages.
Daily laundry service.
Prices exclude :
International telephone calls.
Alcoholic beverages.
Trophy fee for any animal wounded or taken or lost.
Personal insurances and medical expenses of any kind.
Terms of Business :
A deposit of 50% of the daily rate will confirm the hunt.
The remaining 50% will have to be paid 90 days before the hunt.
No refund of the deposit can be made if the client cancels the safari within three months of the contract starting, unless the safari can be rebooked.
Cancellations prior to three months before the contracted safari will be refunded less 30% cancellation fee.
All payments in travellers cheques or cash.
